  • Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Here are the details:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@etorrocamping.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
